It's always exciting, and that waiting game can be a lot of fun but also a little nerve-wracking. No worries, we will keep you informed of all shipping logistics along the way.
We like to specify details concerning the shipment of your watch. Here we go.
Shipping without risks
You can have your new watch being shipped to your doorstep. It’s an easy and trustworthy solution. But whether you have experience with this or are trying it out for the first time, you may be a little concerned about your order. We understand. That is why we have made all the necessary arrangements: you, your money and your watch are fully protected.
- ✅ Fully insured: Standard, all orders on Wristler and their shipments are fully insured from start to finish. You don’t have to worry about a thing.
- ✅ Notifications: We will inform you on every step of the way (and you can always contact us). You will be notified when your payment arrives in our Escrow-account, when your watch is shipped and when it will be delivered. Hooray!


Or.. personal pick-up party
There’s another option if you don’t like your watch being shipped to your house. And that’s a pick-up party at our HQ (some even call it our clubhouse). Our HQ is located close to The Hague, The Netherlands. Expect a warm personal welcome to our secret location, completely discrete and super safe. We will gladly reserve some time to welcome you properly to our club of true watch lovers.
Whatever handover-option you prefer, the watch will be yours. Count on that!

Once your order is complete, you will receive a Track&Trace code from the seller to track your order. Often watches are shipped within 24 hours of your order, but with holidays, weekends or delivery time it may take a little longer. Unfortunately, we don't have control over everything.

Of all watches sold on Wristler, 90% are delivered within 48 hours of payment.

Absolutely!!! You can do so either at the seller's office or at Wristler HQ. Are you opting for a Wristler pick-up party? Then let us know in advance if you're going to place an order. We can then compare schedules side by side and take extensive time for you.

Needless to say, that's one of the reasons you buy through Wristler. Plus, your money is safe on the Wristler Escrow Service until you receive the watch to your satisfaction.

After your order, the seller will make the shipping arrangements. Once the package is shipped, you will receive a Track&Trace link from the seller where you can track your order in detail.

Should you still not be satisfied with your recent purchase, you are entitled to a 14-day return. First, contact the seller of your watch to start the return process. You do this simply by clicking on the "Chat with Seller" button in your account, found within the order. Then the watch can be returned and after proper receipt you will get your money back into your account.

Of course, Wristler monitors everything so you have the best experience. If you can't work it out with the seller, send us a message at support@wristler.eu and we'll get to work for you.

Once the watch is received in good order, you will receive the money in your account within 24 hours. As it should be.

You can send the seller a message to organize the repair. Every watch has at least a 6-month warranty, so that's no problem at all. You can easily use the order in your account to send the seller a message about the watch you ordered earlier.

You can arrange this with the seller. Some sellers have a courier service you can use, sometimes you have to arrange this yourself.
