Congratulations!!! Your new watch is on its way. But, before it arrives, we'd like to walk you through the process. Clarity is nice when it comes to such valuable watches, we understand that all too well. Once you have found and purchased your watch at Wristler, shipping follows. Of course, we will also assist you during the purchase process. If you want to receive your watch as soon as possible, always check the availability and when it can be shipped.

From purchase to front door

The waiting game

After purchasing your favorite watch, you will receive the order confirmation by e-mail. You can then use your account on Wristler to ask the seller any questions you may have about resizing the band, or other requests. Our sellers do the best they can to ship the watch the same day, but usually this happens within 1 to 3 business days. Weekends excluded of course. When the watch is shipped, you will receive the track&trace information in the mail, so you know exactly when to expect the watch. Depending on how busy the delivery services are, you will often have your watch on your wrist within 24 hours after shipment! Of course, all shipments are fully insured, so you don't have to worry about anything. Fun fact: hundreds of watches are shipped every day.

For parties and celebrations

The Wristler pick-up party

Should you prefer to pick up the watch (somewhere), for example at a store or at our office, that is no problem at all. Just let us know so that the watch will be shipped to the correct address. Our office address is not online due to safety of our team, but we will of course give you the details when you place the order. We can schedule an appointment for a celebratory delivery afterwards!

If your watch hasn't shipped yet, you can easily contact the seller through your account on Wristler to ask about the status. We will of course monitor everything for the best experience, as you would expect at Wristler.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Once your order is complete, you will receive a Track&Trace code from the seller to track your order. Often watches are shipped within 24 hours of your order, but with holidays, weekends or delivery time it may take a little longer. Unfortunately, we don't have control over everything.
  • Of all watches sold on Wristler, 90% are delivered within 48 hours of payment.
  • Absolutely!!! You can do so either at the seller's office or at Wristler HQ. Are you opting for a Wristler pick-up party? Then let us know in advance if you're going to place an order. We can then compare schedules side by side and take extensive time for you.
  • Needless to say, that's one of the reasons you buy through Wristler. Plus, your money is safe on the Wristler Escrow Service until you receive the watch to your satisfaction.
  • After your order, the seller will make the shipping arrangements. Once the package is shipped, you will receive a Track&Trace link from the seller where you can track your order in detail.
  • Absolutely!!! Please notify Wristler in advance so we can provide the proper documentation and guidance. Contact us at support@wristler.eu
  • We work with reviews on Google and TrustPilot. We are happy & grateful that you want to share your beautiful words with us!
  • That's unpleasant, of course. If you email us at support@wristler.eu, we're going to fix it for you as soon as possible. Promise!
  • Should you still not be satisfied with your recent purchase, you are entitled to a 14-day return. First, contact the seller of your watch to start the return process. You do this simply by clicking on the "Chat with Seller" button in your account, found within the order. Then the watch can be returned and after proper receipt you will get your money back into your account.
  • Of course, Wristler monitors everything so you have the best experience. If you can't work it out with the seller, send us a message at support@wristler.eu and we'll get to work for you.
  • Once the watch is received in good order, you will receive the money in your account within 24 hours. As it should be.
  • You can send the seller a message to organize the repair. Every watch has at least a 6-month warranty, so that's no problem at all. You can easily use the order in your account to send the seller a message about the watch you ordered earlier.
  • You can arrange this with the seller. Some sellers have a courier service you can use, sometimes you have to arrange this yourself.
