How does buying on Wristler work?
With over 10,000 watches online, there must be a timepiece among them that makes you happy. And then when you've found your favorite watch, you can wear that watch in no time. And we want to help you with that! At Wristler you can find the best watches from the best sellers across Europe. It's not just great when it comes to quality, but also in terms of service from our sellers & Wristler as a platform. Negotiating
There are, of course, several watches on our platform that may be similar, or from the same model series. And yet prices will differ: much of the prices on Wristler are asking prices, where you have the opportunity to make an offer. Bargaining is allowed, but keep it tidy. Margins are often razor thin, but it's still a good idea to negotiate if possible. You can easily submit a bid for your next watch via the price proposal button. A message will automatically be sent to our sellers, who will respond as soon as possible. Keep in mind the response time of our sellers. Of course, you can also expect a counter offer and get the best deal. It can be that simple!
Purchasing
Once you are satisfied with the price of your favorite watch, you can proceed to purchase. You can proceed with the purchase directly at Wristler via the buy this watch button or make a price offer as explained above. Once you and the seller agree on the price, you will receive a secure payment link in your dashboard to close the deal at the agreed price. You then fill in the necessary information and can pay via Wire Transfer or direct payment (such as iDeal, Sofort, giropay, among others). Please note that a payment limit is often in effect and may take about 4 hours to increase. If Wire Transfer is your chosen payment method, you will receive the appropriate details for the transfer in your email.
Good to know: all payments through Wristler go through our Wristler Escrow Service. The safest way to pay so that you too can have that 5-star experience.
Receiving your watch
When the payment succeeds, you will of course receive the order confirmation by e-mail. And so will the seller! If you have agreed to have the watch delivered to your home (or somewhere else), you will receive the details of the insured track&trace. Depending on the (type of) watch, your order will be shipped within 3 business days. Please be aware of the dependence on the chosen shipping party and crowds to be as realistic as possible.

With the filters on the product overview pages you will see all the features you can search and filter by, such as year of production, if box & papers are included and a particular brand, model or reference number. We even immediately indicate how many watches there are that meet your criteria. Of course, you can also sort the selection by price and the date the watch appeared on Wristler.

Many of the watches offered on Wristler are available for immediate delivery. There are some watches where the delivery time is slightly longer: these are watches that are delivered below the manufacturer's retail price and therefore you need a little more patience. On each product page you will find more information about availability and delivery time. Want to be sure? Ask your question directly to the seller via the 'Ask a question' button.

We can find any watch on the market for you, even if only 1 was made. Promise! First of all, you can use the overview pages to save a search in your account. You will then be notified when a watch matching your criteria becomes available. If you are in a hurry or would like a quick quotation, please send us an email so that we can get started right away.

If the watch comes with box & papers, what year the watch is from (if known), whether the watch is pre-owned, vintage or new and what the availability of the watch is. Absolutely! First, you can request additional photos and videos via the 'Ask a question' button. If you wish to physically view the watch first, you can make an appointment with the seller via the same button.

Despite the incredibly expensive products, margins are razor thin. Not on every watch has a negotiable price, but it's worth a shot. You can take into account that margins are mostly between 1 to 4%.
