Why we called this dial “Tropic Brown”? Rolex produced this model only with white, champagne, blue and MOP dials. This brown dial is a result of the blue dial being exposed to the sun over the years. Rolex has made mistakes in its paint composition several times in its history, resulting in dials with altered colors appearing on the market over the years. If you remove the dial, then in the place where it is closed in a circle by the case, you will see a blue stripe that was hidden from the sun and didn’t change color.This organic color transition is impossible to replicate, turning these watches into a rare symbol of individuality and refined taste.
