The James Bond 007 watches
There are many different watches that have a connection with our beloved special agent 007, aka James Bond. Some of these watches have been featured in any of the James Bond movies, and some are connected to our special agent for any other reason. There are different brands of luxury watches who have watches that are associated with James Bond.
The Rolex James Bond Watches
There are a few different Rolex watches that have a connection with James Bond. First and foremost there are some Rolex Submariner references that are worn in the movies. These are the vintage ref. 6538, vintage ref. 5513 and the newer ref. 16610. The vintage ref. 5508 submariner also comes with the nickname James Bond. This is believed to be the No Date Big Crown variant.
Next up in line is the Rolex GMT-Master. James Bond is seen wearing a GMT-Master with a ‘pepsi’ coloured bezel in one of the movies. The GMT-Master ref. 6542 is worn by Pussy Galore, hence this is the GMT it’s nickname. Furthermore the Pre-Daytona Rolex Chronograph ref. 6238 has also been seen in one of the James Bond movies.
Omega Seamaster James Bond Watches
From 1995 and onwards the watch of choice for our special agent has been an Omega. The first one was an Omega Seamaster Professional 300m. After this one, we have also seen the Seamaster Planet Ocean, and the regular Seamaster 300 in the movies.
Omega has released a lot of limited edition watches that are connected to specific movies of the franchise. These are for instance the Omega Seamaster 300 ‘Limited Edition Spectre’ or the Omega Seamaster ‘No Time To Die’ 007 Edition, and there are even some more.
Others
Besides from these three brands there are also a few other watch brands that are closely connected to James Bond. Breitling has been the watch of choice for special agent 007 in the movie Thunderball which was released in 1967. The two Breilting watches that are connected with James Bond are the Breitling Top Time, and the Breitling Navitimer.
