This warranty is only granted if you bring the warranty certificate that you received with the purchase of your watch with the complaint. We use PostNL or DPD within The Netherlands and Europe. For international purchases, we mostly use DPD or DHL Express. Shipments are always insured and signed for.

Within the European Union: A watch purchased from us can be returned within 14 days of receipt. This is only possible in the original condition and in the original packaging. The return shipping costs are at buyers expenses. We will refund you the full purchase amount within 30 days.
