Omega Chronostop!

We are pleased to be able to offer you an Omega Chronostop with the reference 145.008 from 1967.

Omega introduced the first Chronostop in 1966 - as a low-cost alternative within Seamaster series. What makes the Chronostop special is its unusual chronograph design: Unlike classic models, which usually have additional totalizers for minutes or hours, the Chronostop dispenses them completely. The watch is designed to measure only short time intervals. The orange-colored second hand is started via the pusher at 2 o'clock. To stop and read off the stopped time, the pusher is held down - when it is released, the hand immediately jumps back to its starting position at 12 o'clock. In addition, different time intervals can be measured by adjusting the inner bezel ring via the crown at 11 o'clock.

Our Chronostop was fully serviced by Omega in Switzerland in 2016 and received the “red card” as matching numbers. During this service, the dial and hands were renewed

The overall condition of the watch is excellent. The case is in very good condition. There are no signs of wear, dents or scratches on the case.

The watch comes with a tropical rubber strap.

The watch has been fully checked by our workshop and comes with a 1-year guarantee.
