The Patek Philippe Twenty~4
With being one of the latest introductions and completely new designs from Patek Philippe, the Twenty~4 came out in 1999 and was inspired for women. With the rectangular case, it truly was the alternative to other rectangular watches, like the Cartier Tank. A quartz powered movement, integrated bracelets and easy to read dials come as a standard on the Twenty~4.
The dressy one
For sure, the Calatrava was the first dress-watch from Patek Philippe, but the Twenty~4 was the one with the modern twist. Not only as a rectangular watch, but now also available as a round case. Most of the Twenty~4 watches from Patek feature an integrated bracelet, are made of steel or solid gold and can be found with or without diamonds on the bezel and dial. The Twenty~4 is the best-selling Patek Philippe watch for women currently in the catalog.
While the other watches from Patek usually feature a manual wound or automatic movement, the Twenty~4 features a Quartz-only movement, making the case a bit thinner and smaller.
The Twenty~4 was initially made in stainless-steel with the silver dial, diamonds studded on the bezel and the integrated bracelet. Due to the 10th anniversary of the Twenty~4-collection, Patek Philippe also released the yellow gold version.
The dials come in different colors, such as green, black, brown, blue, grey, silver or the well-known and most popular MOP (Mother of Pearl). These dials come as a regular Arabic numerals, or even with diamonds as hour markers.
