An absolutely striking contrast is what best describes this beautiful Day-Date 118238. The warmth that comes of the 18kt yellow gold works perfectly together with the fresh green sunburst dial. A Day-Date is already quite outspoken by itself but there is absolutely no way around this stunner.
The 118XXX generation was introduced in 2000 and was more an update than something entirely new coming from the 18XXX references. High polished lugs, an updated movement, luminous stick hour markers and an overall firmer look and feel. Something that isn’t unwelcome on a gold watch.
