Elegant and highly collectible Cartier Panthère Ronde Vendôme Ref. 66920, crafted in solid 18k yellow gold and enhanced by a factory one-row diamond-set bezel. A beautiful combination of Cartier jewellery design and timeless watchmaking from the 1990s. The classic round case is complemented by a rare original dial featuring an applied gold Cartier logo, creating a subtle three-dimensional effect and giving the dial wonderful depth. The factory diamond-set Cartier crown adds another refined jewellery detail. Most importantly, the watch underwent a complete Cartier service in 2026, costing €430. During the service, Cartier fitted brand-new blued steel hands. The watch is accompanied by all Cartier service paperwork, documentation, invoice and receipt and benefits from a 2-year international Cartier warranty. Powered by the reliable Cartier Calibre 057 quartz movement, freshly serviced and ready to be worn and enjoyed. The original 18k yellow gold bracelet measures approximately 16 cm and can be adjusted. The watch is accompanied by a red velvet Cartier service pouch.
