The Rolex Submariner 14060 is a classic no-date dive watch that combines the clean symmetry of earlier Submariners with the more modern construction of the sapphire-crystal era. This 40mm stainless steel reference features a black dial, a black aluminium unidirectional rotating bezel, and the instantly recognizable Oyster case and Oyster bracelet.
Powered by the Rolex Calibre 3000, a self-winding automatic movement, the Submariner 14060 offers reliable timekeeping and a straightforward time-only layout. With no date window or Cyclops lens, the dial remains balanced and highly legible. The watch is water resistant to 300 metres and was designed around the functional requirements of a professional diving watch.
Depending on the year of production, examples of the 14060 can be found with different luminous materials, including tritium and later luminous compounds. These period details, together with the aluminium bezel and classic case proportions, give the reference the character that makes it so attractive to collectors and enthusiasts today.
