A gold/steel Cartier Panthère watch, ref. 839570. The Panthère is a large model with a steel 42 x 31mm case and a gold bezel. The watch has a gold/steel two row bracelet with a steel clasp. The Cartier Panthère has a silver colored dial with Roman numerals. The watch has been serviced recently and is in a good condition. The Cartier comes with its original box. The dial of the watch is slightly discolored.
