However, the two models each have their own personality. They share a simple elegance that makes them ideal for formal occasions, but also perfectly suitable for everyday use. Thanks to the 26 mm case size, the Lady-Datejust is all about elegance and refinement, making it truly wearable as a piece of jewelry. We are definitely big fans!
The 69XXX series was introduced in 1983 and has been an immensely successful line for Rolex. Today, the Lady-Datejust remains the first choice for women around the world looking for quality, elegance, and refinement.
The Rolex Datejust reference 69173 that we offer here dates from 1997. The watch is in beautiful condition, with its sharp case and 18K yellow gold bezel. The 26 mm case and the fluted bezel appear to remain unpolished. The original green Rolex factory sticker is still present on the case back. This 26 mm vintage Lady-Datejust features a chic champagne dial surrounded by diamonds, which together create a lovely sparkle. The elegant gold/steel Jubilee bracelet shows little stretch for its age and is still in excellent condition.
Please note that due to the high-resolution photography, minor imperfections may be visible that are not apparent to the naked eye.
The reliable automatic caliber 2135 movement has been checked and keeps time perfectly, so a full service is not currently necessary. Of course, this beautiful vintage Rolex Lady-Datejust 69173 comes with a 24-month warranty on the movement.
