Another member of the so-called Holy Trinity of Swiss watchmaking joins my collection. This time, the Vacheron Constantin Overseas in one of its most versatile and desirable configurations — featuring a black dial and a 41 mm stainless steel case.
Reference 4500V represents the essence of sporty elegance in true haute horlogerie form. With a case thickness of just 10.69 mm, the watch is exceptionally comfortable on the wrist while maintaining the robust, sporty character of the Overseas line. The black dial is timeless and elegant, perfectly complementing the signature bezel inspired by the Maltese cross.
The watch is offered in an excellent and very complete set. In addition to the original boxes and papers dated 2021, the package includes two additional straps — one rubber and one leather — as well as a deployant clasp. Thanks to the quick-release system, changing straps takes only seconds.
The condition is outstanding — the watch presents almost like new.
