With the introduction of the newer Oyster Perpetual collection from the Swiss manufacturer, the 39mm measuring Oystercase is only produced for a limited amount of time. These pieces are exactly the same as the 36mm, but slightly bigger on the wrist. If you’re in the market for a 39mm Rolex watch, you can get your hands on a reference 114300 with a black, grey, white, silver or dark red dial. These pieces feature a white indice on 3, 6 and 9 o’clock making it look different compared to other watches in the Oyster Perpetual collection.
With the introduction of the biggest Oyster Perpetual ever produced in 2020, it measured 41mm instead of 39mm. That means that the Oyster Perpetual 39 is a bit more limited, and thus a bit more expensive. Prices starting at around €10.000 for a grey or black dial Oyster Perpetual 39, while the white dial is priced around €13.000 for a well-maintained piece on Wristler.
