The Cartier Tank Anglaise
While most Cartier Tank models are elegant and rather small on the wrist, the Cartier Tank Anglaise is something different. These models are a true ‘XL’ Tank, with a silver dial, Roman numerals, an automatic movement and a date function as a standard. These models feature a solid gold case or a stainless-steel piece, and the center of the dial looks like a Guilloche dial, while the outside of the dial is sunburst.
The Tank Anglaise is a bit more expensive too, starting at around €10.000 for a pre-owned Tank Anglaise in stainless-steel, and the solid gold piece sells for roughly €14.000 and up, depending on the year of production.
