The cushion case is in great condition and features an open case back, providing a clear view of the automatic Caliber 240 Q—a sight to behold! The silver dial is adorned with applied Breguet numerals (or as Patek themselves refer to it, “Grene Creme Breguet” on the certificate of origin). Of course, the dial features a classic no-lume look with three sub-dials for the perpetual calendar and moon phase complications, as well as classic feuille or “leaf” hands. Overall, the design would not look out of place at a 1930 Art Deco showcase from Patek Philippe. The watch comes on an original Patek Philippe leather strap with an 18k yellow gold pin buckle. Also included in the sale are the Patek Philippe leather paper holder, booklets, and its original certificate of origin, which states a sale in Germany in 2015.
