All our watches and all the parts are guaranteed to be 100% original from the brand. Every timepiece we sell is strictly checked. Authenticity is guaranteed. We are a member of the Belgian Chamber of Experts KGSO-CEJA. We are expert in fine watches.

CONDITION
We are highly critical when we buy pre-owned watches. We don’t buy or sell watch that have traces of a bad watchmaker. We only buy the best preserved watches as high condition watches will give you that special feeling of perfection and totally different emotions.

SHIPPING
We ship worldwide from Belgium. We work with a trusted and insured delivery partner Ferrari Express. Company specialised in high value transport. Your watch will be sent out the same day if your payment is received before 2pm in the afternoon, if not, the day after. There is not shipping on Saturday and Sunday.

We ship via priority service and all our shipments are insured for the full value. Your watch will be meticulously sealed and professionally packed. Depending on the location Ferrari Belgium will choose if the shipment is done by Ferrari or FedEx to guarantee the best result. In case of a theft or loss you will be fully refunded.

We use a secure delivery service and signature will be required on delivery. We won't deliver to your next door neighbour if you're out and we won't leave it near your door either. To keep your order safe we'll deliver to your delivery address only.

WARRANTY
We are able to give one year warranty on all our timepieces as all of our watches pass by our experienced certified watchmakers. All of our watches get inspected, regulated and serviced if needed. It is highly unlikely that problems will ever occur. In case anything would occur over time, we will make sure that we will solve the issue as fast as possible and most certainly free of hassle and free of cost on your side.

The warranty is only applicable on the proper use of the movement, and does not include: water damage and any damage to the external parts of the watch. Even though most of our watches are water resistant / waterproof, we do not guarantee waterproofness. Damage caused by use or improper use is also not covered. Any handling or modifications made by a third party cancel the warranty.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How long does the shipping take?
A: Within Europe you can expect next day delivery or at most 2-3 business days. Shipments outside of Europe take on average 2-5 business days.

Q: Is it correct that there is a 14-day return period after receiving the watch?
A: Yes, if for whatever reason the watch is not as you expected, you will be able to return it - no questions asked. Please be aware that a return is only possible when the watch is still in the exact same condition as received.

Q: Where do you keep your watches?
A: All of our watches are kept in our Antwerp office. Our office is based in a highly secured building, located in front of Antwerp Opera. Upon appointment, you are more than welcome to view a watch in person.


Q: Is the watch on the pictures the actual watch for sale?
A: Yes, the pictures in the listing are from the actual watch we have for sale. We physically have the watch in our office which allows you to see it in person upon appointment.

Q: Do I need to pay any additional taxes, customs or duties if I am located within the European Union?
A: No, we can assure you that there are no additional costs, custom fees, duties or import taxes if you are based within the European Union. We ship all watches from Belgium. There can only be additional costs if you are based outside of Europe. These costs will be on the buyer and have to be paid at the time of delivery.

Q: Can the bracelet be sized to my wrist?
A: Yes, upon request we will size the watch to your wrist. All the additional removed links will still be included with your watch.

Q: Do you buy watches?
A: Yes, we constantly buy new, second-hand, vintage and antique wrist and pocket watches like Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, IWC, JLC, Cartier, Omega etc. Also entire collections. Once we agree on the price, you will receive the payment immediately via instant bank transfer.
