De OMEGA Speedmaster Professional (Ref. 3570.40) is een van de meest gezochte 'modern vintage' Speedmasters ter wereld. Dit model, exclusief uitgebracht voor de Japanse markt in 2004, is een eerbetoon aan de 35e verjaardag van de Apollo 11 maanlanding. Wat dit horloge direct onderscheidt van de standaard "Moonwatch", is de unieke grijze racing-wijzerplaat met levendige oranje en rode accenten—een knipoog naar de Mark II ontwerpen uit de jaren '70. Binnenin de klassieke 42 mm roestvrijstalen kast tikt het legendarische OMEGA Kaliber 1861. Dit handopgewonden uurwerk is de directe afstammeling van het kaliber dat daadwerkelijk op de maan is gedragen. Het biedt de rauwe, mechanische ervaring waar de Speedmaster om bekendstaat: betrouwbaar, historisch significant en een genot om dagelijks op te winden. Dit exemplaar komt uit juli 2004 en verkeert in een verbluffende staat. Het horloge wordt geleverd als een volledige set met doos en de originele garantiekaart.
