This 40mm Patek Philippe Aquanaut reference 5167, was produced in 2011 and comes as a nice set with Patek Philippe Box and Papers (Patek Philippe Extract of the Archives).
The reference 5167 is the most recent stainless steel Aquanaut released by Patek Philippe. This watch is one of the most sought-after high-end watches on the market. In case of this specific example it's in excellenct condition.
The 40mm stainless steel case and folding clasp are in superb condition. It shows no signs of wear. The Patek Philippe automatic movement, “Calibre 324 SC”, which means "Seconde Centrale" runs great and was inspected. The movement can be admired through the transparent glass at the back of the case. Fitted to the case is a brand new uncut Patek Philippe strap.
The dial features a "flat" grenade pattern, referring to the previous generations. On the dial and hands we find luminova that is very strong. The hands and dial are all in perfect condition.
All considered, this Aquanaut is a sporty blend of tradition and avant-garde, it’s also a perfect daily wearer and an interesting investment piece.
