We are pleased to present a representative of one of the newest brands, offering diverse models and polarizing opinions – Romain Jerome. Since its founding less than 20 years ago, the brand has strived to offer striking models, some of which carry not only the innovative spirit of their designers but also particles from the very namesakes of their models – such as Moon Dust, Titanic DNA, EYJAFJALLAJOKULL, and many others. Most have unusual designs, short limited editions, and a bold presence.
The presented model is part of one of the brand's most iconic lines, which has become a byword for the brand itself – Titanic DNA.
The watch's case is classic for the RJ Titanic DNA, and is not only the brand's best case but also its most iconic one – in this instance, it is slightly modernized with elements borrowed from other models of the brand and with an additional crown added on the left side of the case.
The four "bumpers," which are proverbial for the brand, the curves of their "maritime" models, the dial with the large "X" as an accent, and the "skeletonized arrow" shaped hands are well-known from the brand's other models as well – the differences are that this model is the brand's first diver (hence the name “Octopus”) and has a water resistance of up to 888 ft / 270m.
The strap is very soft, comfortable, yet at the same time very secure; the buckle has a standard fastening.
