Description
A vintage Omega Genève day-date, produced in 1975. This watch features a beautiful gold-plated case with the original polish still intact. There is some very light wear visible on the edges of the lugs, although this is hard to spot with the naked eye, and the overall condition remains very good. The case measures 36.5mm in width, excluding the crown, giving it a strong and elegant wrist presence.
The dial is finished in a stunning golden tone with a vertically brushed texture, complemented by refined golden and black accents that complete its classic 1970s character. Inside runs the automatic caliber 1022 movement, offering a day-date complication. Both the day and date can be quick-set, and the weekdays are displayed in English.
We have paired this watch with a top-grain black leather strap featuring a crocodile motif and a light glossy finish, which suits the watch excellently. Overall, this is a beautifully well-preserved vintage piece, entirely original, except for the newly fitted top-quality strap.
