The 18K yellow gold case of this Cartier Tank Solo Large 2742 is in excellent condition! The dimensions of the case are 27 mm x 35 mm. The watch features the distinctive silver dial, equipped with Roman numerals and dark blue, sword-shaped hands. And of course, the characteristic blue cabochon on the crown is a must. A beautiful piece that embodies all the qualities of a Cartier Tank!
Additionally, this Cartier Tank Solo Large 2742 comes on a black leather strap, featuring an 18K yellow gold Cartier buckle. This makes the watch a stunning piece of jewelry as well. Of course, we provide this classic Cartier Tank watch including the original Cartier box. It is characteristic that the inner cushion and the inside of Cartier boxes from this period tend to wear out a bit faster. This particular piece shows some light signs of aging on the cushion and the inside of the box. We have replaced the white cushion with a new, replacement cushion.
