This beautiful vintage Omega Seamaster automatic was produced in 1954 and what makes this piece truly special is the dial. It features a black gilt dial with a beautiful tropical patina formed over time, complemented by golden colored accents and dauphine hands. Arabic numerals are present at the 12, 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions. The stainless steel case measures 34,5 millimeters in width, however due to the substantial lugs it wears noticeably larger than a regular 34,5 millimeter watch. Inside is the Omega caliber 503 automatic movement, which was serviced in January, 2026 and currently runs and functions excellently. The watch is paired with a black grade 3 leather strap with a crocodile motif. The caseback is engraved with the date 5-12-1956. Considering the production year of 1954, it is most likely that this watch was gifted on that date, adding an extra layer of story and vintage character to an already exceptional and increasingly uncommon timepiece.
