Description
This vintage Cartier Tank LM, the large, “men-sized” model, was produced in the 1990s and was reportedly purchased new in 1993 according to the previous owner. Its condition shows very careful wear as the overall state is excellent, with even a trace of the original caseback sticker still visible.
The case is silver with thick, fully intact gold plating throughout. The champagne dial features Roman numerals, a railroad minute track, classic blued Cartier hands, and a blue ruby cabochon crown. Inside is the Cartier 90 quartz caliber, serviced in November 2025 and now running perfectly. This example carries reference 590005 and includes the original brown Cartier crocodile strap with Cartier buckle, still in good and wearable condition. We also provide a new made in France calf leather strap with a black crocodile grain motif and a light glossy finish.
With its excellent preservation, this Tank makes an elegant dress watch and a worthy collector’s piece.
