The reference 116505 case is created from a block of 18K Everose gold. The triple waterproof crown and patented case closure hermetically seal the works from water up to a depth of 100 meters or 330 feet, making this one of the hardest-working watches in the Rolex collection. Only the Submariner has a better depth rating, and, like all Daytonas, the 116505 also functions as a sophisticated stopwatch. The genuine Rolex Oyster bracelet with Oysterlock clasp in 18K rose gold is a stunning addition to the beautiful case and face of this watch. This bracelet was introduced in the 1930s and is fairly universal as the Rolex standard. Known for durability, comfort and beauty, the bracelet is protected by a dual security system in the clasp that keeps the watch fastened securely to the wrist.
