An absolute standout piece in my collection — the legendary Breitling Navitimer Ref. 7806 from the 1970s. This is a watch for the refined collector looking for something rare, characterful, and truly vintage.
This model features the old-school Breitling logo with twin planes — a true icon of the era. What makes this piece especially remarkable is the case, which appears to be unpolished, retaining its original sharp edges and strong lines. That kind of preservation is incredibly rare for a watch of this age — I’ve personally never seen one in better case condition.
The dial shows a beautiful, even patina, giving the watch a unique and authentic vintage charm.
The movement has been fully serviced by my watchmaker and comes with a 12-month warranty for peace of mind.
This collector’s set includes:
the original Breitling box from the era
the original instruction booklet
two straps: a custom handmade leather strap (pictured), and an additional strap with an original Breitling butterfly clasp
In my opinion, this is one of the most collectible and well-preserved examples of the 7806 currently available online.
