Vintage Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date – Ref. 1505 | Black Dial | Engine-Turned Bezel
This Rolex reference 1505 has a very nice black dial and an engine-turned bezel, giving it a timeless yet slightly sporty aesthetic. The watch is in very good overall condition, as clearly shown in the photos. We have chosen not to polish the case, preserving its light vintage character. However, should the buyer prefer a more refined look, professional polishing can be arranged prior to delivery, returning the watch to near mint condition.
The watch fits wrists up to approximately 17.5 cm with the current set of links. For larger wrists, we are happy to assist in sourcing additional original links upon request.
This piece is offered without box or papers, but houses the highly regarded Rolex caliber 1570 – an automatic, COSC-certified movement that is known for its durability and accuracy
We can date back the watch to approximately 1979 as year of production.
