Lange und Söhne 1 2000 Lange 1 with Blue Dial TOP. Beautiful Lange & Söhne Model 1 in white gold. The reference 101.027, introduced in 1997, features a striking dark blue dial that sets it apart from other models. Although not a limited edition, the Blue Series was produced in limited numbers, making it a rare variant. Its popularity led to a second generation with blue dials, which was launched in 2017 under the reference 191.028. This early Lange 1 Blue Series is powered by the hand-wound calibre L 901.0, which features a beautifully crafted three-quarter plate made of new silver and offers a power reserve of up to 72 hours. The hand-engraved balance bridge alone is a work of art in its own right. The movement is in excellent condition and oscillates with an amplitude of 265 degrees and hardly any deviation. An archive extract containing the watch’s data has been ordered from Lange & Söhne and will, of course, be supplied with the watch.
