Speedmaster Moonphase

We are once again pleased to present the Speedmaster Professional reference 345.0809 with moon phase. This reference was only produced for approx. 3 years, from 1985-88 in an edition of approx. 1300 pieces - a truly special Speedy.

In contrast to the “normal” Speedmaster, an additional fourth sub-dial was added at 12 o'clock to show the moon phase and the date.

The watch offered here is in excellent condition and has only recently been overhauled. The case is in very good condition for its age, with thick horns and still sharp edges and only slight signs of wear.

The original tiritum dial is in very good condition. The tritium luminous material has a light, beautiful, yellowish patina. The luminous material of the hour and minute hands is darker. During an earlier service, the central seconds hand was replaced with a service part, as was the plexiglas.

The original bezel ring is in very good condition with no dents or deep scratches.

The correct 1447 steel bracelet, marked 32, with 805 end links is also fitted and in excellent condition.

The case cover without the Nasa engraving and seahorse is also authentic.

Inside ticks the Omega caliber 866 which has been freshly overhauled.

The watch has been completely overhauled by our workshop and comes with a 1-year guarantee.
