• All our watches are sold under the VAT Margin Scheme tax. Taxes are not deductible or refundable.

• Our return policy is 14 days and the minimum guarantee period is 12 months from the date of receiving the watch. The shipping under warranty will be on the buyer's side. The warranty does not cover strap, damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear, water damage unless markers water-resistant it applies.

• The watches are shipped the same day when payment confirmation is received before 12:30 (on business days) or on the first available business day, by fully insured international carrier (mainly by DHL or UPS/Fedex), Signature Required.

• Warranty: Rolex International 5 Years Warranty (2025-2030).

• International orders are subject to local import custom taxes.

• If you are buying from outside the European Union, please verify your local tax authority when purchasing a watch. Any customs fees are the customers own responsibility.
