This vintage Omega De Ville from 1991 carries a special story and, due to its co-signed dial, can be considered a very rare piece. The watch remains in entirely original condition and is practically unworn, complete with its original box, tag, leather strap, and buckle, all preserved in perfect condition.



Hereby we share the story of the first and only previous owner of this watch: Mr. Dijkman:



“The Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club in Dubai opened in 1993. It is an 18-hole golf course with a par of 71 and a length of 7,009 yards. The course was designed by Karl Litten and is one of the oldest and most prestigious golf courses in Dubai.



I started working there in 1994, shortly after the pre-opening, as a 24-year-old head chef, and worked there until 1998. During the first years, this watch was gifted to the winners of the annual Omega Open by Peter Downie, who was the head of golf at the time. A small number of these watches were also produced and given as corporate gifts on special occasions.



I received this watch as a farewell gift after working there for four years.



The watch is therefore around 30 years old. I have personally worn it only once, during a gala where I was knighted as the youngest chef within the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.”
