The estimated production year of this example is 2014. The definitive production year will be confirmed upon receipt of the official Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives. The Extract has already been requested and is expected to arrive at the beginning of October.



The watch is powered by a Patek Philippe automatic Annual Calendar movement, combining sophisticated mechanics with excellent everyday usability.


The sapphire crystal caseback offers a clear view of the beautifully finished movement.


At the front, the elegant grey dial is in excellent condition and features applied baton hour markers and refined leaf-shaped hands.



The Annual Calendar indications are arranged across the dial and include the date, day, month, power reserve and moon phase.



The heavy platinum case is distinguished by the discreet diamond set between the lugs at 6 o’clock, a traditional Patek Philippe hallmark for platinum watches.



The watch is fitted with a brand-new Timeless Vintage Watches crocodile strap.


It is completed by the original Patek Philippe platinum folding clasp.




The watch is supplied with a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives and a Patek Philippe box. The original Certificate of Origin is not included.



The watch has recently been inspected by our watchmaker and is running like it should.

About the Annual Calendar

Patek Philippe introduced its first Annual Calendar wristwatch in 1996 with the Ref. 5035.

The complication was designed to automatically distinguish between 30-day and 31-day months.

Only one manual correction is required each year, at the end of February.

The Ref. 5146 succeeded the earlier Ref. 5035 and introduced a more contemporary case design and a diameter of approximately 39mm.

Its balanced proportions make it especially suitable for daily wear.


The 5146 combines the practical Annual Calendar complication with the classical proportions and understated finishing associated with Patek Philippe.

In platinum, the reference becomes even more discreet and exclusive.
