Overall trends in July 2026

I don’t want to sound ungrateful, so please don’t get me wrong. But we’re always working as hard as we can to make sure we grow our business in the best possible ways. And if the market slows down in the summer, as an entrepreneur, it’s just hard to see what’s going on. Besides a slower month, we’ve seen a trend, which is always the same in July as well: Wimbledon. And because of the tennis-event, more of you guys are looking for Wimbledon watches, more than ever. We’ve sold all configurations multiple times: smooth bezels, fluted, Jubilee bracelets and Oyster. All sorts of Wimbledon watches have found new owners, congrats all!

Our Top-5 of favorite watches sold in July

As always, we’re highlighting some of the most amazing watches you guys have bought through Wristler. And we did see some amazing watches, including some pick-ups at our humble HQ which is awesome. It truly is the best thing in the world to see your reaction to getting your hands on your new watch!

Overseas: One of the Big 3

So, the first one we’re highlighting is a watch for a new customer from Spain. And wow, this truly is an amazing piece. The 4500V Overseas with its black dial is simply stunning. He even wrote us a 5-star review which really makes this deal special. Thanks, Mr. R! Please enjoy this amazing watch in the best of health.

A very special Day-Date

What if you want your fries with some extra sauce? This is a Day-Date with extra sauce as we’d like to call it, because look at it. Striking vignette dial, diamond hour markers, white gold. Man this thing’s amazing. Including a pick-up at our HQ, which was a dream. Many thanks to you, Mr. V!

The Santos you never see

Again, something special. A Santos is a watch we all know by now, and we see lots of them every month. But this is something unique: worn on a rubber strap, a PVD-coated case and a chrono. And it looks stunning, doesn’t it? A returning customer from The Netherlands picked this up after he already bought a Yacht-Master a while ago. Thanks again, Mr. S!

Reverso Tribute piece

A Reverso truly is always a great idea. But what if you’re after something more unique and special? This 49mm Reverso from JLC is a Tribute Geographic piece, and it’s stunning. A new customer from Germany was so excited to fulfill his dream on getting is hands on this watch, so a huge congrats to you, Mr. F!

Lake Tahoe IWC

Another banger of a watch, which you don’t see very often. The day when the customer came to pick it up it was hot as hell, sun was shining bright so it truly was the perfect day to pick up his ceramic IWC Top Gun. What a piece! Again, a returning customer from The Netherlands came by to add this to his collection. Congrats and thanks again, Mr. A!

Looking ahead to August

We’re always writing these Insights halfway throughout the next month, which has to do with returns, refunds and all that. Because that’s part of the business as well. July was a bit slow, as already mentioned, and August is even slower. But hey, it’s summer time, sun is shining and we get to enjoy other beautiful things. Right?
